Pros

Pros Its a company you love to work with. Great work, great learning. You have great mentors to guide you. Best part is their open door policy. Would love to mention few lovely people I worked with. India Head : Friendly, you can go and discuss anything with him. He is more a friend to you. He keeps motivating you to upskill you skill sets. You are pushed to give certifications but with proper guidance. Company bares all the money. HR : One of her kind, not less than a super woman. She has such positive aura that keeps the office lively and happy. Any problem you discuss with her, she will definitely come back with a solution, also guides you when required. Never seen such a versatile multi-talented HR. My career was great here. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Cons

I never found a single in my time spent in make positive. All thanks to the great mentors.

Consult with name brand companies and universities Large exposure to retail management Work with execs who know Tririga in and out Great Salary Great Office and People!

Cons

Work can have long hours but you are rightly compensated.

Pros

Hard to identify though good at sales

Cons

Terrible internal communications, Lack of vision required for growth, Heavy dependance on single points of failure, No respect for resources, Lacks structure and HR policy, Poor contract design with little legal guidance. Notice the positive reviews on this site are all from India, almost as if someone guided them to complete a review.

It's always easy to hear the positive feedback, but it is as critical to listen to critiques. We have set in place monthly and quarterly executive meetings to focus on Company vision, strategy, objectives and action plan. We have Town Hall meeting to communicate company wide information. The executive leadership team is comprised of each head of department. We practice meritocracy in all employment decisions. Thank you.
