There is no hybrid or remote work despite what the employment benefits suggests. You're required to be physically present at the office however you are expected to take calls, messages, and even attend remote meetings during your time off. The unlimited PTO is not really unlimited. Instead of having a quantified and set number of PTO days which you would accrue this company at their discretion decides your "Unlimited PTO". Management is not professional. Employees who give this company 2 weeks notice which have been a lot, are often told that they are no longer needed and sent home the day they submit their two weeks notice. In addition to the comments above this company does not have maternity or paternity leave. The old-timers at this company will simply tell you that they did not have time off and to suck it up. Lastly, the pay even in a mid-high position is not enough for you to afford to live near the office in Bonita Springs, FL. Anyone who is young or starting off their career should look elsewhere for employment.
