Pros
1. Hybrid work culture, may be based on your project you can do wfh only. 2. If got good project, then learning is good. Got to learn many new things.. 3. Gets 30 ruppe coupon daily, you can use to have a breakfast inside office but lunch is not good. I am talking about Pune office.
Cons
1. They hired me just for 3-4 months for one project. After 3months, one day in call I got to know that project is going to end. Also no further communication from managers that what will be next. Quite uncertain but when I put the paper , they said we have some projects but I refused and accepted to go. 2. Leaves gets in chunks, PL you get one in month, similarly 3 CL in a month. All are not credited together. 3. I left in 5-6 months and my increment or appraisal was also not discussed but I am fine with that. People told you only get to know the percentage increase when you get the salary, not during appraisal increment meetings. 4. Management needs to be improved. 5. If you are on bench for 2months, then they might extend you for some more days ,otherwise they say to look outside. This I have heard, haven't happened to me and may be if you are skilled, you get a project early.
