Pros
Remote work, flex hours, company equipment
Cons
Talking specifically about the Web and implementation design department. No idea about other departments. I was very impressed with the company initially because everyone "seemed" to be so nice but its all fake. Starting with the hiring, I saw some red flags but chose to ignore because the learning and growth chances seemed promising. Talent acquisition person mentioned some specifics in verbal offer on the phone which wasn't included in the employment contract later. Wasn't a big deal for me but when I inquired about it, the talent acquisition person LIED and blamed it on someone who was no longer with the company. Once I started, initially everyone was very nice always telling me no need to work past working hours and to take it easy and take my time for the training tasks as it was a lot to take in. Just a few weeks into the training the team lead became too busy to train and ghosted me for almost a month and then suddenly one day a meeting was arranged with HR to let me know that I was being let go because my software skills were not up to the mark. What disappointed me was that I specifically asked for feedback during my training and nothing was ever brought up.
