Reputable company but HR bias needs addressing - Procurement Specialist dormakaba Employee Review

In my experience, there appears to be a perception of bias within the HR department. I feel that certain groups of employees receive more support and opportunities for promotion than others , HR in Dubai office needs to be more friendly and approachable . I also believe that employees who have differing views or do not maintain close relationships with management may not receive equal treatment. I hope the company can continue to strengthen fairness, transparency, and merit-based decision-making to ensure an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
