      Fun events (ski trip, sports events, ...) and there is the possibility to get some certifications.

      Cons

      The whole structure is a mess. Projects are uninterresting and not related to your field. There is a clique mentality internally too.

      Diversified projects, with real AI Projects with an impact, they are delivered using production systems of the client, for the client to extract most value from AI Great team, highly skilled in AI, cloud, data architecture, big data, to provide end2end experience Fun environment, lots of trust from management, freedom and support to start initiatives Opportunities to learn, with a training budget but also exchanges organised by the company
