Pros
* Super engaged intelligent workforce. * The potential and desire to be a global business. * Very comfortable office facilities. Cutting edge technology including developer technologies, Apple Mac / PC's for all staff. * A lot of team energy when I was on the hook to provide a final report to a client - everyone jumped in, including the senior leaders who made the final product excellent and something I was proud to put my name on.
Cons
- Process in which I was made redundant - Lack of feedback when it counted most - Senior leader telling me negative perceptions about my colleagues (made my feel uncomfortable) - i.e - do they talk about me in the same way?
