There are a lot of perks but they are a complete facade. They pump you full up fun treats, a quarter on your desk for a surprise, paid book club, wii, cash for employee of the month, etc., but it's a lot cheaper to do that than pay you what you're worth. The pay is severely under market value. They fire people. A lot. And with no explanation. I was there for several years and every single round of new employees was followed with several fires. In my first week several people were fired - very welcoming. The owner is pompous and a bully. The entire company will shut down if he gets hit by a bus. Seriously. There is a plan so that if he decides he no longer wants to run the company the entire business just shuts down. The carry considerable debt. Ask anyone in the finance industry in Nashville. It seems fun and happy and you'll make great friends but there is a dark underbelly. Check the turnover rate. Check the client turnover rate.
