      Culture is great. Technology is cutting edge. We use Macs for everything. Open vacation policy. Encouraged to go out for lunch. Company pays most days.

      Small team and have to be disciplined in prioritization.

      - Cutting edge technology stack maintained by a group of brilliant developers - Modern approach to helping independent banks compete with the "Big Boys" - Works hard/Plays hard/Cares a lot - Well-placed to make major waves in the financial industry over the next few years - Lunch provided Tues-Thurs

      Cons

      - Potentially really competitive space (though CBANC is the lone wolf currently) but could get very competitive
