      The culture and the teamwork setup is super nice. People are open to talk, and jump into problems together with respect and great mindset.

      Cons

      At the last part of my time here, company was off and soon after it got closed down.

      Individual teams 'can' be good Lots of opportunities to do things outside of your 'normal' role

      Cons

      you have to do things outside your normal role because no one else is there to do it. WFH policy needs to be flexible No staff discount don't feel you know what the company is trying to achieve
