The Company culture is what influenced my decision to join c3controls. The environment is respectful and friendly with a strong sense of connection. From my viewpoint, many employees seem to take responsibility not just for their own work but for the success of the Company. The leadership team has over 70 years of business and consulting experience including two who joined us from prominent employers in the industry. They all have an unrelenting passion to exceed client expectations and be a respected partner in the industry. The President/CEO has a great mind for strategy. He always seems to do the right thing, not the thing that feels right, while maintaining visibility by participating periodically in departmental meetings and walking around to talk with employees. Communication at c3controls is like nothing I’ve ever experienced at any point of my career. During our monthly company-wide luncheons, the leadership team share status on such matters as quarterly initiatives, sales, new product development, results, and how the economy is impacting our business. Goal alignment is a priority at c3controls and all employees are held accountable for results. Employees in turn have a clear understanding of what is expected of them because of the frequent communications from leaders.

Training opportunities have been limited over the past years; however, management now encourages employees to take ownership of their personal and professional growth by participating in the creation of their training and development plan. Training is now not only purposeful and continual, but strongly rooted in the Company’s business plan.
