Pros
The organization’s mission is truly inspiring built by its founder who’s passionate about education. He’s continuously working on breaking the cycle of poverty and illiteracy around the world. His stories of travel pushing on this movement is something that should be shared.
Cons
However great and noble the reasons were of building this organization, it’s the people who currently manages it, making the decisions, the kind of leadership that create the work culture. Sadly, these people have been corrupted with their own personal agendas neglecting what they’re supposed to do. Employees and staff were constantly overworked without being compensated fairly. Their promises remained promises and the things that used to be true have become lies! This corrupt leadership have turned the work environment toxic. Overworking and abusing employees, absorbing their stressful rants, unreasonable demands, and even their horrible mood changes. It has affected us terribly, the way we work, the fear of getting berated or worse fired! It used to be a great place to work, being able to help the youth, but now it’s become a place I’d want to avoid!
