Benefits are very good compared to some competitors. Compensation and bonus plans are great also. Flexible work options if you are working within a business that recognize the option. Great opportunities for recent college graduates in many parts of the organization.
Cons
Constant change and some leaders struggle with articulating clear goals and visions. Frequent downgrading of role levels to minimize bonus payout and salary increases. Work loads are heavy with minimal resource support and little to no recognition for delivering beyond expectations despite many obstacles. Very limited leadership opportunities for minority females. Senior level leadership looks the same across the entire organization globally and within the US.
