      BP is not just an Oil company, but its an energy company, it has global reach hence great career prospects for professionals, salaries are good, very systematic organization, strong culture of Health, Safety & Environment and most importantly, believe in 'Quality work'

      Very complex organization to understand - interfaces are complex and scattered all around the world.
