Pros
You don't have to pay for the expensive bottles. Somehow they bait and switch really excellent employees (usually sign on with the promise that they will receive funding within the next 3 months - it's been about 3 + years since they've said that to most employees, and still no funding, and no leads), so you get to work with cool entry - associate level people, before they eventually leave to a different company with benefits and bonuses.
Cons
Poor benefits, nepotism, way below market average salaries, salaried workers are watched like hourly workers, CEO + COO will have loud fights through the open office space in front of the employees, CEO will complain about COO (her husband) to the employees, bonus programs are nonexistant, poor security of all internal documents, executive team is functioning on the belief that people will buy bottles because they're cute instead of lowering the price, they call it a "start-up" even though it's almost 10 years old, HIGH TURNOVER RATE, temper tantrums, company is late on their finances to pay other companies and try to nickel and dime them (scammers) to not pay full invoices, won't take VC funding because they don't want to lose equity of the company, even though it's their management (with zero experience in the industry or management) that is causing them to be not profitable.
