Pros

Ok salary (mixed pay scheme - not payroll) Little to no pressure

Cons

1. The company doesn't provide equipment. Half of the staff does not have the MacBook Pro they promise on the offer letter. 2. The 3 decision makers constantly disagree with each other and constantly overlap on the projects asking changes that are the opposite of what the other leader asked the day before. 3. No onboarding or job descriptions whatsoever. A Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Project Manager or Visual Designer gets intrusive with other people's responsibility and they get away with it cause it's backed up by the "leaders" - who will agree with whoever makes noise to avoid leading. 4. They literally have made up people listed as employees on LinkedIn. 5. They have no idea what they want to do. One day they tell you they're focused on "the product" and one day on "the service (agency). 6. Given all the points above and then some, the turnover is crazy and they switch around responsibilities on a weekly basis. Difficult to understand what you're responsible for as it's constantly changing without proper communication. 7. Little to no clients. They're living off investors money.

Pros

We used to work 4 days a weeks and the lack of leadership led to a lot of dead times where we could take free time off... the team of people working there are really good (excluding the CEO and a manager)

Cons

No leadership at all, if you point out something that is not being done correctly or disagree with the "leaders" you might end up getting fired. No growing opportunities at all. Nothing that the CEO promises ever gets done, so I would say he isn't so trust worthy. The lack of direction makes everything worse, the CEO agrees to deliver everything to clients in crazy times (not even possible) just to avoid losing them. Also, take into account that if the clients don't pay, you don't get payed and they will go to the full length of making up crazy stories involving lawyers, the non existing board, etc. There were 3 founders, there's only 1 left, no wonder why.... I'm surprised Bexi is still alive.
