Lots of changes none seem to be good) & layoffs, - Anonymous employee bb7 Employee Review

Same complaints as in other reviews. Way to much micro managing going on there which was one reason why I left. They don't empower the employees and trust in their capabilities, which is a complete drain on energy and morale. bb7 was once a wonderful place to work. Just so sad to see to change for the worse. So thankful I left when I did to a company that appreciates the sharing of ideas and empowers employees to take the initiative to make improvements that benefit our clients.
