Gratis. Co-workers. I can't think of a single other thing.
Cons
The most fake, unprofessional, snake like people I have ever encountered in all my years of retail. They can speak the language, but hide behind it when the going gets rough. No real person with an authentic, innovative mind would choose to work here.
