1. Poor work life balance - The managers here make you stretch your working hours everyday and even stress you to work on most of the weekends. There are no holidays for regional,national festivals. 2. You are under intense pressure to achieve your targets and threatened by the higher management that your salary will be put on hold if you don't achieve your monthly goals. 3. Attrition rate is very high: Due to this challenging environment most of sales reps leave the organisation in less than six months. 4. Hiring new employees and firing the old employees takes place round the year. 5. No formal HR to address the issues. 6. Top management operates from a different location and most of the times they are not aware of the issues. 7. Hiring Managers promise you a wide range of perks while joining but nothing happens down the line. 8. There are even situations where employees are fired from the company and threatened not to give their relieving documents. 9. Managements is only concerned about the revenue you generate. 10. There is no proper communication channel to address your concerns to the higher management. 11. No formal appraisal or hike policy.
