Pros
Pay came on time each fortnight.
Cons
Extreme levels of micro-management Bullying and nepotism rife Base grade staff completely overworked/exhausted, whilst management have time in their day to get onto facebook Extremely low levels of pay for base grade staff Long hours Often working without a break and finishing work in own time Not enough breaks (legally) (e.g. working from 8am till 5.30pm without any break whatsoever. No professional development support whatsoever Further learning actively discouraged Staff in management positions, who shouldn't be allowed near people Clients treated poorly and put into any available position, regardless of whether they are suitable or not, just so that payment outcomes can be achieved Insanely private to the point of paranoia about company policies etc, but quite happy for clients to sit in the middle of large, open spaced offices together, so that everyone else, can listen in on their conversations. (Go figure) Executive staff within the organisation are virtually invisible, and DO NOT mix with lower grade staff Poor amenities (e.g. building that houses 15 plus people, only has one toilet and one bin, plus is grotty, and run down) Not enough table and chairs/Poorly designed training rooms/office spaces and a lack of basic equipment (e.g. no waste paper baskets, no ventilation, no lunch rooms for staff, no whiteboards, no fans.......no heating.........and the list goes on and on an on!
