Pros
*there is plenty of budget in US Commercial/MedAff org *relatively flat org structure (might be a con, dep on your style) *they pursue innovation, which is a huge PLUS in this industry *decent comp/benefits
Cons
Some groups are operating without any unified strategy coming from the top.. resulting in anarchy.. which trickles down to conflicting projects or overlapping priorities.. unnecessary work, etc. The Boston office tends to be rather clique-ish and favoritism presides over merit, which contrasts with EU. argenx also lacks much of the usual infrastructure at other companies... and things still operate as if they were still a 400 person company. Culture is nonexistent unless you are in Ghent. Also, argenx does not have any employee resource groups. Zero.
