Extremely unfair bonus system. When not reaching the minimum utilization you may have to pay back to the company. Only because they were not able to get mor Projects and you stay on the bench. Awfull IT support. The level of security and limitations would Compete with Bundeswehr and Pentagon. Total lack of flexibility toward adopting new tools and soft even tools f they have a direct positive impact on productivity. Quite often discrimination from DE teams toward regional branches. True it is a German company, but nowadays it has global or at least European ambitions. CEO is great but often either doesn’t observe or prefer not to get involved in solving some problems or change company processes. There are few persisting problems which can be also observed in the reviews of 3* and less. If you work hard is not mentioned nor appreciated, like this is the normal approach, but if you fail or have a difficult period in life and it impacts your performance, be ready for tough discussions with managers rather than a supportive attitude. All together, work life balance is only a motto, work is their priority and your life doesn’t bother the leadership.
