Pros

You will learn a lot about AI and get to work with some really smart people on interesting and relevant things

Cons

They have no idea how to run an organisation. The C-level is a bunch of mediocre managers, who have very little idea how to run and motivate people. They prefer letting great people go instead of listening to the their own employees, who work hard and do more than their C-Level. Would be a great case study on the damage of missing diversity in the C-Level and the cost of mediocre management and the failure to act upon it. Maybe as an indicator: how can it be that most of the C-Level managers moved to different cities and now they expect them to run the company. It sure tells something about their motivation

Pros

Good Work Life Balance. I feel my direct management tried to make my needs/expectations heard during restructuring; ultimately failed. Learned a lot during my time there. Bright colleagues. They manage to convince good people to join.

Cons

Company is restructuring/pivoting the business model which created some loose ends and teams had to find new identities (reorg and people leaving was a part of the equation). Its definitely a place more run by consultants than engineers; you feel that by which work gets recognized and who gets visibility and promoted. It feels more corporate than adequate for its size.

Pros

if you work at non-profit team, the work life balance can be really good. They also pay really good, almost too good for young professionals who has no experience.

Cons

The whole leadership teams are lack of real experiences to do businesses. They made so many wrong decisions and no strategies which is realistic. Most decisions being made based on imaginations. they put themselves into the crisis. it is a pity for the employees, they do hired some smart and good people, but not sure if they can stay and want stay longer.
