Nothing good is coming from this Indian recruitment agency.

This is by far one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. I strongly advise anyone considering a hiring contract with them to think twice. During the recruitment process, they are very good at sweet-talking and making promises. However, once you are employed, the reality is completely different. There is little to no concern for employee wellbeing, and basic employment standards are not properly addressed. For example, there is no overtime allowance provided when working with vendors, despite the additional workload. Payslip deductions are not clearly explained, and when questions are raised, there is little transparency. Salaries are also frequently paid late, often only after the 4th of the following month. Even more concerning, there appears to be no PCB (income tax) deduction reflected in the payslip, which raises serious questions about compliance and proper payroll management. Overall, my experience with this agency has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious and carefully review all terms before deciding to work with them.

Overall, the working environment was very positive and supportive. The team was solid, collaborative, and always willing to help one another, which made day-to-day work enjoyable and productive.

However, there were challenges on the management side, particularly regarding compensation transparency. Incentives that were clearly stated in the contract were not fully paid, with reductions justified by financial issues, even during periods of strong performance.
