      Pros

      Honestly, the projects you get are great for your reel. You get to cut stuff for big brands, so the raw footage is actually good. It takes a few rounds of feedback to finish a video, but you end up with work you actually want to show off.

      Cons

      I have to be really careful about setting my own schedule so i do not end up working too late.

      advids is a place which helps u to explore ur hidden talents, great culture, good people. I loved working here and if I got a chance i would love to be a part of the family again
