Pros
On paper, great perks and benefits for employees across the board but this is marred by poor management and toxic work environment. Have filed a formal complaint against line manager but no action taken further. I truly have nothing good to say except great colleagues.

Wow, where to even begin. Was part of the Marketing Services team for less than 3 months and I could not wait to exit sooner. I was first introduced to ADA with a reputation that it is an established digital agency with the best work culture. I had hoped to pivot into the digital world and learn from what was one of the best digital agency in town, but boy was it far from the truth! A month in I was thoroughly humiliated, bullied and abused - worked long hours (average 12 - 16 daily), through weekends, through being sick with Covid with no support from my line manager. I had filed official report of my ordeal to HR along with resignation as it was the most toxic work place I’ve ever experienced in 15 years of my career. Understandably the ad industry is rough, but in 2022 no company should be able to get away with bully and thrive.
