Pros

Strong coworkers, collaborative teams, and a mission-driven product. Employees are given a lot of responsibility early on and there are opportunities to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Cons

Morale and talent retention have noticeably declined since the new year, particularly across certain customer-facing teams. Leadership changes and management decisions have created an increasingly reactive environment with frequent process shifts, inconsistent direction, and growing administrative overhead. Compensation and commission structures can also feel unpredictable, and transparency around payouts and calculations could be improved. Many employees have expressed frustration around unclear expectations and a lack of stability, which appears to be contributing to ongoing employee turnover. While there are many talented and hardworking people at the company, stronger leadership, clearer communication, and better people management are needed to rebuild trust and improve employee retention.

Pros

Nice coworkers, product that does good for people with disabilities. It used to be the best company and team to work for...

Cons

Really bad base compensation, NO commissions for months! The new management is not helping you grow and just takes away more and more commissions. We used to make great money, but $0 commission for over 3 months for employees who yield ARR is unacceptable. Changing policies every day and just busy creating chores on chat GPT. Specifically the head of AM has no idea what he is doing, no experience, no personal or professional connections, and management don't seem to care. Everyone is quitting... Also this company does not treat employees with disabilities well... That says a lot! Especially as an accessibility company...
