Pros
At first I thought the team was nice and the office was close to home.
Cons
The managers are rogue and bad behaviour is rewarded. I filed a bullying complaint, and leadership ignored it. Instead of doing something about it to help me, they rewarded the bully. They favour people who are like them, controlling, rude and dishonest. HR wasn't helpful and it was a toxic environment, people gossiping and backstabbing, so I left.
