The salaries listed in the salary section are not true. Divide the numbers by 6 and you will get the real salaries. The management gives impossible tasks, constantly lies about how everything is good in the company. You can be left without a project at any moment. Don't expect a human and respectful attitude here. Here you are just a resource that helps the company get money for you in any way. Constant dismissals because you don't have "the fire in your eyes" or because someone in management just doesn't like you. Internal system of qualifications for which you must prepare in your own time in order to increase your salary. However, management does not always comply with agreements on salary increases in connection with passing the qualification.
