No feedback in real-time; often told late that something wasn’t accepted. Interns are made to work long hours with no clear compensation or acknowledgment. Critical bugs are often overlooked, and minor issues are heavily focused on during evaluation. Even after submitting quality work, effort was dismissed without proper reason.
