Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across different teams, products, and stages of the company’s growth, which has helped me develop both professionally and personally.
For freshers, it’s a strong place to build a foundation in supply chain, procurement, and product development. For experienced professionals, there are meaningful opportunities to take ownership, expand responsibilities, and grow with the business.
Exposure across products, technologies, and business functions has been valuable. It’s encouraging to see continued investment in newer areas, including AI and agentic AI initiatives within procurement.
The environment is fast paced and offers continuous learning through real business challenges and problem solving. Teams are generally supportive, and cross functional collaboration provides broader perspective and exposure.
One thing that has stood out over time is the culture. People are approachable, ideas are heard, and there is trust and autonomy to do meaningful work. I have also seen positive improvements recently through employee initiatives, benefits, wellness programs, team engagement activities, and stronger collaboration across teams.
