Waste of joining ,they don't have employee value - CAE Engineer Zuti Engineering Solutions Employee Review

We understand your grievance and your unwillingness to fulfill your joining commitment of being associated with the company for at least 3 years. We have hired you as a trainee from a Tire 1 institute in India and trained you for 1 year, hoping that you would contribute back to the company. We understand that you wanted to leverage on your learning in the company for a more higher paid salary job. As you are aware, we do not hold any employee binding to the company and every employee is free to exit at any point of time even during commitment period, provided he/she fulfills their exit process obligations and compensating for the training cost incurred by the company for the development of the employee. Hope you agree that, if the training provided to you by Zuti was not valuable you would have not got a higher payed job within 1 year of your training tenure with Zuti. It is unfortunate that you had to exercise your exit option within 1 year of joining Zuti and had to leave the company by compensating for the training cost.
