Great company to work for, no cons to share.

Very helpful community led by the amazing Tim Abbott and Alya Abbott. The members set you up to pace really quick and are always there to help. The developer documents are really well written and has everything you'll need to start contributing.

The US working time might one of the issues. As an Indian, I had stay awake till 3 a.m. to discuss my ideas with the members, the contributing part though is at your own time and pace.
