We have clear goals and we need to deliver. i really like that I have space to deliver and make my work with a good enviroment -Work from home: I have A LOT of flexibility to decide where to work. They recently updated the policy and now i need to go 2 days to the office, but still is super flexible, i decide when. -Quality of people - i learn a lot. Zubale hires very smart and accomplished people. I like to work with people that is very smart so I get pushed to be better.
