      Great place to learn to operate in a North American setting. Very customer focussed company that demands excellence and flawless execution.

      Relentless environment, fast paced, night shift compulsory.

      The managers are great and you can work from home

      Cons

      They micromanage you with software, always on the phone without a breather, unrealistic expectations, shady business where you sell loans
