Pros

I've worked for ZoomInfo just under 4 years at this point. I started with full intentions on keeping an easy, interim, maybe 6 month position. The company, the culture, the benefits, all kept me here. The company does a great job promoting within itself and bringing up their employees. If you want to learn something, every manager I've had not only allows you to take your work hours to do so, but encourages the growth you want. I feel like this company has changed my life for the better and I am thankful for the time I've had here.

Cons

I do not really have any cons to report. Nothing is perfect, and a job is a job.

Wow—thank you for this! It means a lot to hear that what started as a short-term role turned into something so impactful. We’re proud of the culture we’ve built around internal growth, learning, and supporting each other’s ambitions, and it’s great to know that’s been your experience. Your kind words about our managers and culture truly validate what we strive for every day: to be a place where careers take off and people feel empowered to grow. We're grateful to have had you on the team and appreciate you taking the time to share your journey. - Chad Herring, Chief Human Resources Officer

Pros

Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

Cons

Difficult macro environment for the company and industry

Pros

Good pay, good benefits and great office.

Cons

Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
