Myself and many others were told by the recruiters that this is a remote first company, and that barely anyone goes to the office. When I started on day 1, I was told I was required to be in the office at least 3x a week. I have a sick family member that I take care of, so I requested to work remotely. When I went to upper leadership about this, they took ZERO accountability and told me I can either quit or deal with it. I would have never joined if I knew they required employees in office 3x a week, and now my family has to suffer because of shady recruiters and unaccountable leadership. ZoomInfo cares about their number, and customers but NOT their employees.
