      Pros

      Absolutely found my home here at ZoomInfo. I love the folks I work with - we're all high performers and demand the best from each other. I've truly found a family here, which is what has kept me here as long as I have been. On a very personal level, I went through some VERY difficult medical issues late last year, and I couldn't express how grateful I am for all the genuine support and compassion I got from the company, even from our top execs sending notes, gifts, etc. We're all here for one vision and working together to bring the best thought leadership to the market when it comes to GTM. It feels like we have a true focus moving forward, and we're moving very synchronously together.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. The culture here is very much, you either sink or swim; there is no in-between. Like any organization, nothing is perfect. There tends to be a disconnect between CxO and their middle management, which can make it difficult to push through prioritization. However, almost all larger organizations face this struggle, so it's not surprising. Sometimes, because we are all very entrepreneurial here, battling too much at one time can be challenging. There are so many big ideas, but it's hard to execute when everyone is trying to "boil the ocean".

      Pros

      Great place to work with a lot of forward thinking leaders to learn from. Really ahead of other companies on implementing AI in the business. Moves much faster with less bureaucracy than other similarly sized companies

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits and great office.

      Cons

      Poor hiring decisions, recent layoffs eliminated mostly remote employees because they are prioritizing in office employees, especially with recent investment in office. RIF was not at all based on performance which meant that some in office employees who don't know what they are doing got to keep their job. You have to suck up to management to get promoted and a lot of really good reps leave as a result of constant micro-management.
