Great product which you use for your own prospecting. Huge earning potential. Zoominfo continues to lead in the space although there are some strong competitors eating them for lunch
Cons
It is a boiler room. They expect you to prospect, 35+ cold calls, and follow-up up with 100+ accounts every day in addition to taking 4+ meetings. No way to hit numbers unless you are working 10+ hour days. Not a good job for people that value work/life balance. Management is not consistent. Some managers are super helpful while others are just horrible. Flexible time off is a scam. They have blackout weeks the last week of every month, as well as additional blackout dates. Will also deny vacation requests if you are not on pace to hit your number which 70% of people aren’t.
