Issues with racism, ableism and sexism with the staff that management won't really do anything to reprimand, even when it is brought to their attention.
Quite common for staff to get hurt, but it gets swept under the rug very quickly.
Everyone is expendable, as soon as summer ends, they will just cut you off without a word, not even a a thankyou for your work through the whole summer.
