      Big company, great products, huge portfolio. Lots of leverage in the new company and good benefits.

      Cons

      Typical large company merger issues. Forward focus on top line could risk back office deficits. Loss of talented people, although not replacable,can lead to knowledge gaps and snags in business flow.
