      Pros

      Work with very creative and friendly coworkers on the floor

      Cons

      Terrible direction and upper management that micromanages every tiny aspect of everything that goes on. Directors have zero actual experience regarding what the creative types do thus leading to a general lack of respect for the work being done that also leads to very unreasonable expectations. Its run fast and loose with zero regard for their talent, only their directors. TONS of turnover of talented people constantly. Stay away.

      Excellent products that are changing lives around the world. No day is the same. Never boring. Always something going on and new adventures. Be part of a company from product creation to rollout. In a budding industry! The company listens to feedback and makes necessary adjustments.

      Fast paced. Not for everyone. Driven, motivated and hard working team members will thrive! Always advancing and improving from culture to business.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the people I worked with. My commute to Argyle was pretty nice.

      Cons

      Management was very controlling. If you show up 5 minutes late, you work 5 minutes late type of environment. Management would do 1 nice thing and act the hero to distract from all the bad things they were doing.
