Hopeless managment. Changes their mind every week. Always in need of more funding to keep the company running due to missmanagment. Chasing trends, fires people without much notice, never their fault if something goes wrong, but still micro-manages most of the company. You are a short-term resource to use if they need, this is not a place for anything longer than 3 months.
