Remote work is the best perk

The accounts payable department is one of the worst teams I’ve ever experienced. There is constant changes that leadership expects you to grasp and leadership won’t even follow their own word. The roles in AP are overworked and you will be expected to preform well knowing it’s a sign of poor management. Egotistical managers that are not fair or know how to manage people. During weekly stand ups no one literally would talk because of how cruel managers come across. On top of any of this zero recognition or raises but you can be assured more and more work. I would advise to stay far away from their accounting department no one knows what they’re doing. I wish I was exaggerating and they know whom I'm talking about.
