      Lots of red tape, took a long time for anything to be actioned. Asked to train the team that replaced us.

      The autonomy, structure, atmosphere. Intern is respected and a part of the iZettle family instead of only being considered as a temporary intern.

      Not being able to have any joint problem solving and team work.
