Pros

- CEO is not always working from the office - interesting, growing industry

Cons

- the salary comparing to current economy standards is a joke. He will offer you the minimum pay justifying that position offers "commission", but even after being 6 months at the company I haven seen anyone receiving it. - CEO exhibits lacks of awarness of others, he don't understands employee needs, emotions nor concerns. He is incapable of being corrected or amended which hurts the employee morale. - the company is unorganized, chaotic and you will be ask to figure things out yourself. - the turnover rate is higher than I have ever seen. Over 14 employees left in 6 months (including HR) - toxic work environment as you are not allowed to, and will be scolded for talking to your coworkers, CEO manipulates and don't trust his own employees - cameras are installed in every corner and he will be watching you on his phone/computer - non flexible schedule 9-6 does not allow for any doctor appointments and minimize time for out of work activities - lack of benefits In the bottom line- don't waste you time if you value healthy work environment and fair treatment. ( negative reviews are constantly deleted that's why you won't be able to find many of them)

Pros

Good work environment with supportive team members. I have had the opportunity to learn new things, improve my technical skills, and gain hands-on experience with real project work.

Cons

No major cons so far. The experience has been positive, and I am still learning and adjusting to the company’s internal procedures.

Pros

Direct access to EV Charging hardware knowledge, integrated payment solutions with 3rd parties and gaining an understanding of EV charging infra and software (ESVM systems, procurement, hands-on hardware troubleshooting etc) A great stepping stone for those seeking to understand the EV market's needs and tech.

Cons

Stay in your lane, don't advocate or try to fix outstanding issues.
