Pros
This is a very fast growing, new company that has a product that is setting sales records in every market vertical it is represented in. Tremendous growth potential and equally tremendous employment potential.
Cons
Upper Management is new to this industry. They are on a "learning curve," that will continue to educate them and make them more effective in the industry. It can be frustrating to try and communicate proven and accepted marketing and management strategies that they are unfamiliar with.
