Pros
Good business. The best office coffee. Good office location. Beautiful office. Good dental benefit. Marketing tools are top notch. Seniors are willing to teach. The operation manager has the best attitude so far, salute her high EQ.
Cons
Low pay. High workload. Don’t be surprised with at least a fight a day in office (i’m talking about shouting to each other kind). Communication is not the best there. For small office setting, the politics are very intense, but you can survive if you mind your own business and not to interact much. Some people are super petty, like school bully type.
