      Zeni is led by amazing founders in Swapnil and Snehal. Megan Prince our VP of Sales has established an amazing culture and grown the sales team from 2 employees to nearly 20 in the past year. #onezeni is our motto not just for the sales team but for our whole organization and the vision of Zeni.

      Cons

      It's a startup, and it is a grind. It can be stressful. But you just need to figure it out and have the ability to overcome that and grow.

      Pros

      Great marketing team. Always feel like I have autonomy and space to speak up! My manager goes above and beyond for us!

      Cons

      It's a startup. So plans can change in an instant. Goals will move last minute so you have to be flexible. (Sort of granted at any startup)
