getting to work with impressive clients, flexible schedule and unlimited PTO. leadership is communicative and competent

Workload can become very high, depending on client needs. No expectation that employees work over time though

Pros

Our company has spent a lot of time to make sure we hire great people. Not only do we have A+ players, but our company culture is also great and the people I work with on a daily basis are kind. We have leadership that offers great mentorship. We are given the tools necessary to be able to be successful in our day-to-day responsibilities.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about Zenarate. The only somewhat con is we are fully remote. It's great majority of the time but it does make it hard to know our full team. There aren't water cooler interactions with random team members I otherwise wouldn't communicate with.

Pros

The job is flexible and provides the healthiest work life balance i have had across my last several jobs. When your day is done, it's done. Time off and other perks are amazing too

Cons

Pay is not transparent. There appears to be a wide array of salary bands for the same job. Health benefits feel like we are overpaying for the size of the company. We should be able to get more affordable premiums across the board.
